Objectives
The objectives of ARPA Australian Capital Territory are

To provide members with a means to keep informed of changes affecting the industry, to enable them to make the most of opportunities available and to make informed business decisions.

To manage the relationship between ACT the industry and Government / funding bodies to ensure effective communication, consultation and collaboration with respect to issues relevant to and impacting on service delivery in the Australian Capital Territory.

To set standards of best practice in the delivery of Occupational Rehabilitation services in ACT, and improve the knowledge, skills and education of members which will raise the profile of the Vocational and Occupational Rehabilitation Industry in the ACT marketplace.

To represent the ACT Occupational Rehabilitation Industry in negotiations with Comcare, ACT Workcover, Government and other funding bodies on matters affecting the ACT industry and therefore members’ provision of services.
